What Do You Get from a Walk-In Chiropractor?

Ideally, you’d get… exactly what you came for.  So, what did you come for?

Of course, I can’t speak for other walk-in chiropractors, but I’ll tell you exactly what you should expect to get from My Chiro.  At My Chiro, you can get a single, affordable chiropractic adjustment (the hands-on type) by an experienced, licensed professional.  Need more than one adjustment?  Just walk-in when you need it.  If you need something different from what we do, we’ll refer you out for that.  It really can be that simple.

What don’t you get?

  — You don’t get told to come back again and again.

  — You don’t get crazy claims about treating everything.

  — You don’t get unnecessary x-rays.

  — You don’t get lectures about drugs, vaccinations, or surgery.

  — You don’t get an excessive bill.

Sometimes people do need imaging, multiple treatments, or a rehab plan… but that should be supported by evidence, experience, and reasonable clinical decision-making.  There’s no place for “sales” in health care, so if you ever feel like that’s what you’re getting from a chiropractor, run!

If you’re looking for an experienced, licensed professional who will let you come in for adjustments when you want them, we’d be happy to help you at My Chiro.

  1. I like Jason he knows where my problem is and he helps to make it better. I am getting up and walking more and not sitting in one place. I am going to look into other resources for not being in a location to talk to people on phone and type their information in from 8a-4:30 or 5pm. I have a walkadoo now and will be walking more. It rates how many steps you walk.
I like that Jason fixes what is wrong and keeps the price that I can pay. THANKS JASON!

  2. very true get relief and feel better immediately always enjoy the Dr’s know some for a while now always glad to see them. and know i will get good care

  3. My favorite thing about walk-in chiropractic care is not being told when I’m in pain, “We can’t see you today but we have an opening in three days, in the middle of your work hours.” Second favorite thing is not being charged $63, which is how much a pain clinic charged for an adjustment by a doctor who was very nice, but his adjustments weren’t even half as effective as the ones I get from any of the doctors at MyChiro. Third favorite thing: every day, you post on facebook which docs are working at each location, so I always know when my favorite doc is working in Hiawatha!
